Boxing Course Registration

Google Workspace + Make

Boxers register through a smart form and instantly receive both a confirmation message and a personalized PDF with all the event details they need. At the same time, every registration is automatically logged in a Google Sheet, giving organizers a real-time record without manual effort. This workflow goes beyond boxing: it’s a scalable and cost-effective way to automate registrations and streamline the organization of any kind of event. By relying on automation and proven cloud tools, organizers can reduce overhead, eliminate repetitive tasks, and trust that no detail will be missed. Efficient, reliable, and accessible — technology makes professional-level event management possible at a fraction of the cost.

Ticket Automation Demo & Tracker

Make + Microsoft 365 + Power Automate + Jira

This project demonstrates a complete end-to-end ticketing workflow designed with free tools and integrations, intentionally avoiding premium connectors. The goal is to showcase how modern automation can replicate the functionality of enterprise ticketing systems without additional costs. The system simulates a real IT service management (ITSM) process: a user submits a ticket through a form, the data is automatically logged into a structured database, and then integrations take care of creating a Jira issue, opening a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel, and notifying both the requester and the project manager. Every step of the workflow is automated, transparent, and verifiable, making it ideal not only for demonstration purposes but also as a proof of concept for organizations exploring low-cost digital transformation.
